A beautiful Georgian manor house in the heart of Kent. The property originally consisted of a smaller kitchen and dinning room which had beautiful views overlooking the downs. The client remit was to create a single large living space from the two smaller rooms thus opening out the kitchen to allow the additional light and views in.
Remedial Work:
There was need to knock through a structural wal requiring engineers report, and the fitting a new support beam. Finally it required painting and decorating, and the fitting of travatine floor tile throughout.
